In the Rühl R&D department we apply state-of-the-art technology and analysis methods, such as particle-size testing with laser diffraction or high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Production is governed by strict quality regulations, which we permanently monitor according to an ISO 9001-certified quality management system. Each of our products is the result of over 70 years of expert knowledge and experience in research, production and testing under harsh real conditions.
The quality of the final product depends on the choice of raw materials. We only use high pure raw materials complying with the REACH chemicals regulations and legal requirements. A multi-stage manufacturing process, which is electronically controlled and monitored, ensures consistent quality. Each batch is checked in up to 20 individual tests in our physical and chemical laboratory. The entire process is subjected to a complete final check compliant with the ISO 9001 standard and is performed according to the applicable standards. Finally, a certificate of analysis confirms that the product meets its specific product specifications.
